The Veserkal Line Unifier is one of the most compact and energy efficient unifiers available on the market. This innovative solution reduces labour and improves efficiency by lining up packages from multiple lines quickly and safely, considerably reducing the distance from the thermoformer to the labelling machine.
With a highly versatile mechanism suitable for a wide range of products the Line Unifier utilises a sensor system to detect the product entry and immediately activates the control cycle. The machine uses several lanes and individually activated transporters to safely and efficiently transfer multiple products through a controlled output.
The Veserkal Line Unifier can be adapted for precise and efficient transport with input from up to 6 lines and up to 2 output lines. The machine also features a maximum performance of up to 8 cycles per minute and variable speed settings for complete control over your process.
