Utilising a specialised skinning blade paired with a spring suspended blade holder and pressure roller to firmly hold the product in place, these machines deliver excellent quality results every time.
The machines feature a a height-adjustable foot switch bar and infeed table, which variable processing speed which simplifies processing, improving safety and end-product quality.
To ensure your skinning operation remains continuously efficient, they are manufactured in high-quality stainless steel and includes a pressurised air-jet cleaning system to offer maximum hygiene.
