    Precision engineered for finely slicing a variety of meat products, the Nock Cortex CB 598 Jerky Slicing Machine is the ideal choice for efficiently producing excellent quality jerky, biltong, milanesa and similar products. The Nock Jerky Slicer features a unique geometrical cutting mechanism which delivers exceptional cutting quality with end-product thickness from as thin as 5.5 mm.

    The CB 598 Jerky Slicing Machine has been designed to offer maximum efficiency and simplicity with an easily interchangeable intersection roller and a simple blade shaft lift-out mechanism for quick and easy blade changes. The CB 598 Slicer compact design is completed with a durable stainless-steel safety cover for total operator protection. The machine is completed with NOCK’s exclusive Power Plate; technology. This innovative construction allows the removal of the conveyor in seconds without specialised tools, making cleaning, servicing and general maintenance of the machine fast and simple for any operator.
