The Nock Cortex CB 495/5K Slicing Machine delivers maximum cutting productivity with an extremely high efficiency circular blade capable of slicing up to 7.5 tons of pork per hour. The Nock CB 495/5K Slicer provides excellent cutting quality at high-speeds for a wide variety of boneless products including steaks, fish and poultry fillets, pork belly and diced meat.
The CB 495/5K Meat Slicing Machine features a durable safety cover for total operator protection and a simple blade shaft lift-out mechanism for quick and easy blade changes. The blade cutting distance can easily be adjusted with a stepped mechanism for complete cutting control.
Featuring a larger cutting capacity width than the alternative 495/5K model, we also offer the Nock Cortex CB 495/7K Slicing Machine. The 495/7K Slicer features a versatile circular cutting blade that delivers high-speed and excellent quality slicing for a variety of boneless products including steaks, fish and poultry fillets, pork belly and diced meat.
The 495/7K Meat Slicing Machine’s operational cutting width of 600mm and high-speed slicer blade are ideal for multi-lane feeding and slicing, reducing labour and improving productivity. The machine includes a durable safety cover for total operator protection and a simple blade shaft lift-out mechanism for quick and easy blade changes.
Both machines are completed with NOCK’s exclusive Power Plate technology. This innovative construction allows the removal of the conveyor in seconds without specialised tools, making cleaning, servicing and general maintenance of the machine fast and simple for any operator.
