    The Nock Skinex SBS 416 Fish Skinner offers highly precise and efficient fish skinning utilising two individual trimming rollers to simultaneously remove frills and fin fringes from both sides of the fish. The SBS 416 is both simple to operate and highly efficient, with a conveyor speed of up to 28m per minute and a quick blade change mechanism making cleaning and maintenance easy

    It features the Nock unique S technology designed for efficiently skinning flat fish with a smooth, fine-toothed transport roller working in combination with a dynamic uniflow cleaning roller manufactured from high grade stainless-steel, ensuring excellent hygiene throughout the operation.

    The machine also includes a water cleaning unit to effectively clear any residue or scale build-up on the machine for a continuously clean and efficient skinning operation.
