The Veserkal Tray Unstacker is available in two different models, with threads or suction cups. This innovative tray denesting solution can suit specific process requirements for a multitude of production lines. With a highly versatile design that can be integrated to work with all types of products the Veserkal Tray Unstacker can denest containers of all different sizes.
Suction System Tray Denester
When equipped with suction cups, the modules can be fully configured and adjusted to match multiple sizes of tray and stacks as you require. This means that containers of several sizes can be easily denested by a single machine.
Thread System Tray Denester
The Veserkal Tray Unstacker can also be equipped with threads which simplify the changeover of containers as the whole block is replaced. This allows for fast and independent tray denesting and unstacking, ensuring the highest efficiency.
