Expertly designed to offer the perfect solution for fast and efficient product filling, the Automatic Tray Filler includes an interleaver placement system and a tray denester mechanism to process and fill trays of products such as burgers and filleted meat with extremely high speed and precision.
The Veserkal automatic tray filling solution collects and transports the product through to the interleaver system where a variety of dispensed interleaver material can be placed under the product, including absorbent paper or cellophane. The product is then conveyed to the tray denester mechanism where the trays are dispensed and filled at up to 120 units per minute before being transported to the machines output.
The Automatic Tray Filler is highly versatile and can be easily configured to suit your needs, compatible with a wide range of tray and paper sizes and the machine is capable of processing a variety of products. The configuration of product placement within the trays can also be adapted to your requirements using a simple touch screen including the number of rows or layers of product.
