Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time up to 14 days after the day of receipt of goods. In this event, you must notify us by contacting Customer Services on +44 (0) 1772 458400 (Ext. 2000) between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, as per the return process outlined below.

Faulty Items


All of our products are manufactured and tested to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. If you notice an item is faulty within 30 days from date of purchase, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 1772 458400 between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone, we will issue you with a case reference number and we will arrange a replacement and collection of the faulty item, or a refund.

We would recommend re-using the original packaging if possible; ensure the package is wrapped securely and proceed as the returns process outlined below. 

If an item develops a fault outside of 30 days from date of purchase we will offer a replacement up to a period of 3 months from the sale date, provided our quality control procedures prove the product to be faulty.

If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer an alternative product or a refund. 

If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Returns Process

Once a return has been agreed we will notify you by email, a returns label with a returns reference number will be attached to the email. This label should be printed out and attached to the packaged goods. Please note CES cannot accept returned items without this label.

 For faulty goods we will arrange collection of the goods. For cancelled orders we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. It is important that you are able to prove return should the item be lost in transit.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of cancellation and for faulty goods we will notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail.

No references in this Returns Policy affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
