    An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cutting Edge Services for a Marketing Campaign Manager.


    Job Description

    As Marketing Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, for helping to drive awareness to audiences, customers and clients throughout the UK & EIRE meat and food industries.

    Your activity will help result in audience growth, eCommerce revenues and qualified sales leads.

    Main responsibilities

    • Work with stakeholders to plan and deliver a variety of marketing campaigns for all areas of the business and to ensure target objectives are met.
    • Ensure all marketing campaigns on time and to budget.
    • Conducting regular reviews and analysis to help ensure leads are qualified and progress through to the sales funnel.
    • Employ a strategic approach with targeted campaigns focused on specific segments to drive leads and conversions.
    • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of email marketing & offline campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers and drive new ideas.
    • Manage email and eCommerce data.
    • Set up, test, and optimise an extensive suite of intelligent automated / triggered campaigns
    • Write, edit and proofread copy for marketing campaign materials
    • Ensure that the organisation’s brand identity & tone of voice is adhered to in campaigns across all channels
    • Produce regular monthly dashboard reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs / ROI
    • Ensure accuracy & excellent quality standard of marketing campaign materials
    • Support with administering the company websites & other marketing channels
    • Keep on top of current trends in marketing & the food industry to inform campaigns

    Required skills and knowledge:

    • Excellent communication and written English skills (essential)
    • Experience of copywriting
    • A high standard of numeracy and ability to manage data and drill through datasets using Excel, of which you will have a strong skill level (essential)
    • Experience of tracking, measurement and analytics of digital marketing content performance (essential)
    • Experience of inventory management on an eCommerce platform (essential)
    • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing (essential)
    • Strong organisation and forward-planning skills (essential)
    • Creative approach with a good eye for design (essential)
    • Experience and an understanding of email marketing and CMS platforms (essential)
    • Competency with HTML (desirable)
    • A good understanding of working closely with sales teams (essential)
    • Previous management of a PPC and or SEO agency would be advantageous

    System experience:

    • Magento (desirable), but must have eCommerce experience
    • Mailchimp (essential), or experience of similar esp
    • LinkedIn and Facebook (experience of FB Business Manager would be advantageous)
    • MS Office (essential)
    • Sage (desirable)
