Veserkal Box Tipper

Featuring an innovative and reliable design, the Veserkal Tray Box Tipper utilises a precision engineered pneumatic system for efficiently transporting and tipping out the contents of up to 12 tray boxes per minute.
The Veserkal box tipping solution feeds boxes filled with product through an entry conveyor to a powerful pneumatic tipping system which accurately and securely grasps the tray box and tips the contents onto an output conveyor. A section of gravity rollers then collects the empty boxes with a U-turn from the exit of the entry conveyor, ready to be sanitised or used in further processes.

The automated box tipping mechanism is both highly precise and fast, accurately placing all of the boxed product on to the output conveyor for further processing. The tray output system improves efficiency and provides easy to access for handling and reusing the tray boxes as required.
