Satisfaction Survey Results
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement,we carry out customer satisfaction surveys throughout the year. To ensure we know how all of our customers feel about us, we survey buyers of both machinery and consumable products plus users of our service department.
In our latest survey, the overall satisfaction rate was 87.25%, with 100% of customers surveyed happy to recommend Cutting Edge as a supplier. The top 3 reasons people buy from us are Service, Quality and Choice.
However, even though our customers are happy ones we still strive to be better and aim to continuously improve. Satisfaction level targets for this year have been set even higher and more surveys will be carried out. We are also looking to add survey and review functionality to our website in the near future.
