It all starts with individual staff training and development, plus the whole business working towards company KPI’s that are monitored regularly and are designed to constantly improve customer satisfaction. It is this we wish to be measured by.
Within this culture of continuous improvement, CES regularly carry out customer satisfaction surveys. Our current survey tells us that customers find us ‘good to excellent’ in all areas and they regularly tell us how we could be even better.
As part of ISO 9001:2008 & BRC compliance we also operate in-depth programs to monitor our suppliers – both for performance and conformity. Environmental and ethical policies for our manufacturers are as important to us as they are to you, so we keep a close eye on these too.

Sustainability and our carbon footprint is also a concern for CES and we also have company KPI’s and active initiatives in these areas. Our carbon footprint was a core consideration given to the design of our purpose built offices, technical centre and warehouse.
