Careers At CES

Most positions we currently have available are helping us grow – which is something we have achieved in all but 2 of our 20+ years in business. We have plans to continue this for the long term. So, a career with CES is a career with a growing company, something that is not common these days.

We believe that our people are our greatest assets and we could not have developed our business in the way we have without developing and investing heavily in our employees.

Training gap analysis, training (externally and in-house), personal development, personal KPI's, company KPI's, regular reviews and appraisals and being part of the overall company business plan are the supporting features of a job at Cutting Edge.

We care about the environment and the workspace our employees are based in and we care about our employees and want them to achieve the best for our customers and for us as a business. For more information on careers at Cutting Edge please email our HR department at hr@cuttingedgeservices.co.uk.
