These innovative solutions have been exclusively developed specifically for the UK and Ireland market and exceed UK & Irish Health & Safety legislations whilst also providing cost-effective, yield maximising meat, fish and poultry skinning and de-rinding technology. Featuring Nock Power Plates® technology and modular designs, each machine offers excellent precision, high resistance to wear and tear and extremely quick and simple cleaning and servicing, maximising hygiene and reducing downtime to a minimum.
